Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Robot Jump app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by X Dolla Games SRL (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
  • The time spent on the Application
  • The operating system you use on your mobile device
  • Device and app identifiers, including an identifier derived from your device’s Android ID (on Android) or your device’s vendor identifier (on iOS), and app-instance identifiers. The Application does not collect your device’s advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA), and does not track you across apps or websites
  • In-app activity, such as app opens, sessions, gameplay progress, high scores, coins and lives
  • In-app purchase history (payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; the Application never sees or stores your payment card details)

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

If you choose to create an optional player account, the Service Provider also collects the username you choose and a password. The username is used to sign you in and is displayed on the public leaderboard. Playing as a guest does not create an account.

The Service Provider uses this information to operate the Application, maintain accounts and leaderboards, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse (for example, limiting accounts per device), and improve the game.

Third Party Access

The Application includes third-party software development kits (SDKs) that transmit some of the information described above off your device:

  • Google Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database) — used for sign-in, leaderboards, saved progress and usage analytics.
  • Unity (Unity Gaming Services) — used for in-app purchasing.

These providers process the information on the Service Provider’s behalf and do not use it for their own advertising purposes. The Application does not include any advertising SDKs and does not share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data (username, password, leaderboard entries, game progress, and linked device identifiers) at any time:

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Aggregated, anonymized analytics not linked to your account may be retained by our analytics providers for up to 14 months per their retention policies. Purchase records required for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained as required by law. If you’d like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please use the deletion page or email address above and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Application is intended for a general audience, including families, and the Service Provider is committed to complying with the Google Play Families Policy. The Application does not display third-party advertising and does not knowingly collect more data from children than is described in this policy. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information (for example, by creating an account), please contact the Service Provider at support@x-dolla.games, or use the deletion page above, and this information will be deleted from our servers.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. All data collected by the Application is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-30.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
