This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for any game published by xDolla Games on Google Play.

How to request deletion of your account
- Email us at support@x-dolla.games with the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- Include the name of the game and the username you use to sign in, so we can locate your account.
- We delete your account and confirm by reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account credentials — your username and password.
- Game progress on our servers — leaderboard entries, high scores, coins, and lives.
- Device identifiers linked to your account.
What may be kept
- Anonymized analytics not linked to your account, retained by our providers (Google Firebase, Unity) for up to 14 months per their retention policies.
- Purchase records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, kept as required by law.
Progress saved only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the game or clearing the app’s data in Android settings. Playing as a guest does not create an account.
